Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating internal sample orders for products and services.
- Responsible for VTAM tool tagging and invoicing process.
- Responsible for AR tracking and collection.
- Responsible for tracking B-contract updates and for timely internal price adjustment.
- Maintains customer contracts for accuracy to agreed parameters and communicates relevant data internally (for example PN cancellation).
- Creation and circulation of I.O. for the purpose of organizational awareness (price changes etc.).
- Support prototype pricing and internal ordering.
- Volume Planning: transferring planning hypothesis on P/N level in planning tool (project structure of complete market).
- Volume Verification/Alignment: Credibility of CF volume, alignment with logistic department of the plants.
- Reporting/Analysis: Standard and ad-hoc reporting of price changes, volumes.
- Support preparation of audits.
- Scope: series production and aftermarket business.
Qualifications:
- 2+ year sales or planning experience.
- Knowledge of steering products and systems.
- Skilled with MSOffice Suite applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
