Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at ABCD & Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office environment.
Key Responsibilities- Office Operations and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including the kitchen area, common spaces, and storage areas.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Inventory Management: Manage office supplies, snacks, and equipment, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and inventory is managed efficiently.
- Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the COO, such as organizing team events and managing office renovations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in office management or a similar administrative role preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency with office equipment and basic troubleshooting.
