Job Summary

The Wright Center Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Coordinator to join our team. As a Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the Ryan White Part B program remains compliant with all federal, state, local, and organizational rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Monitoring: Conduct regular audits of RW Part B Case Management files and documents to ensure compliance with program standards.
  • Policy Development: Assist in the creation and review of standard operating procedures within the Ryan White Part B program.
  • Payment Request Review: Review and approve or deny payment requests submitted by Case Managers for patient service-related funding.
  • Documentation Management: Track approved and denied payment requests to ensure accurate documentation in client charts.
  • Collaboration: Work with medical case management staff to resolve any issues that may arise related to compliance.
  • Reporting: Submit monthly reports to the RW Grants Administrator.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, human services, or related field.
  • Experience: Compliance experience required.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, detail-oriented, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of the Ryan White program standards.
