We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Talent Partnerships Analyst to join our Talent Partnerships Team at DaVita. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping us deliver fully staffed and stable teams to our field partners.
Key Responsibilities- Vendor Management: Independently own and manage vendor relationships, resolving minor conflicts and communicating shifts/pivots to program scope.
- Program Support: Effectively partner with vendors and internal teams to deploy new programs to Operations and TA partners, navigating complexity and defining success metrics.
- Analytics: Leverage hypotheses-based approaches to identify, validate, and quantify opportunities, conducting analyses to assess impact on business metrics and providing strategic recommendations.
- Relationship Building: Partner with teammates across the enterprise and vendors of all levels, informally coaching colleagues on work product and development areas.
- Communications: Develop program materials and present to program leaders and partners in a clear and concise manner.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 2-4 years of total work experience, including project management experience and intermediate to high Excel skills.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to produce analytical models to support business decisions, experience supporting or managing external relationships or programs, and formally or informally training/coaching more junior teammates.
