Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic brand plans, ensuring alignment with agency processes and pharma compliance requirements.
- Conduct research, gather customer dynamics, and apply disease state understanding to brand strategy and challenges.
- Effectively communicate brand strategies through written reports and presentations.
- Support new business development by conducting research, distilling insights, generating strategy, and storytelling.
- Lead strategic client workshops and brainstorming sessions, demonstrating facilitation and leadership skills.
- Provide expert guidance on market research design, methodologies, and analysis to clients.
- Act as the internal brand team's point of contact, fostering positive team dynamics with limited supervision.
- Partner with other agency departments to ensure the pull-through of insights and strategy.
- Manage and mentor junior-level staff, delegating tasks and assignments as needed.
- Involved in hiring and staffing decisions, as well as full life-cycle talent management.
- 5+ years of experience in brand strategy or market research.
- Pharmaceutical/health/market access/access and reimbursement experience required.
- Strong working knowledge of market research tools and social media platforms.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate a strategic point of view.
- Communication: Expresses ideas accurately, concisely, and clearly.
