Noble People LLC is seeking a visionary Strategic Planning Director to lead our marketing strategy initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing innovative marketing communications strategies that drive business growth and reputation-building ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the strategic planning process, fostering innovative ideas and actionable insights designed to achieve client objectives.
  • Lead the development of powerful go-to-market strategies, incorporating data analysis, consumer insights, and creative vision.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure client/business alignment and pressure test approaches against agency standards.
  • Maximize consumer research and competitive analysis to build compelling brand stories and strategies.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of strategic planning experience in a media company, creative agency, or consultancy.
  • Proven track record of developing strategic plans that utilize data and insights to achieve business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply unique insights into actionable briefs with creative solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences.
