Healthy Families Program Supervisor

Family Building Blocks is seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthy Families Program Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Healthy Families Supervisor Team, you will play a vital role in maintaining established standards and providing ongoing support, training, and supervision to our Healthy Families Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Healthy Families Assistant Program Manager to implement contract expectations and meet Healthy Families America standards.
- Coordinate program delivery with other FBB programs and staff to ensure seamless operation.
- Utilize program knowledge to improve and promote quality of services, staying current on assessment tools and methods.
- Accompany and observe home visitors on home visits, maintaining related records.
- Complete Medicaid Administration time studies and support staff in completion of time studies.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in public health or human services administration or related field, or bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Administrative experience in human service or related field, including quality assurance and continuous quality improvement.
- Willingness to engage in building reflective practice, including introspection and communication of self-awareness.
- Experience implementing family-centered and strengths-based services for families, providing services to culturally diverse communities, and working with high-risk families.
- Strong commitment to Family Building Blocks' mission and values, serving children and families as well as staff.
- Possess strong organizational, time management, and recordkeeping skills, with ability to motivate, train, and support colleagues and team.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, promoting positive, forward-thinking, and strength-based culture.
