Job Summary

Marion County is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor 2 to lead our Adult Behavioral Health team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical services provided to individuals diagnosed with serious mental illnesses. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and clinical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision to staff and interns, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality services.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Collaborate with other agencies and community groups to promote interagency coordination and service delivery.
Monitor client service data, including fidelity measures, utilization, client satisfaction, and outcomes.
Develop and implement service plans to meet the needs of clients and promote positive outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a specific, professional health field related to the position and five years of responsible, professional experience in the field related to the position; OR
Master's degree in a specific, professional health field related to the position and three years of responsible, professional experience in the field related to the position; AND
Two years of supervisory experience; OR
Any satisfactory combination of work, education, training, or experience relevant to the position, as determined by Marion County.

Preferred Qualifications

Licensure by the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors, Oregon Board of Licensed Social Workers, or credentialed or registered through the Mental Health and Addiction Counseling Board of Oregon (MHACBO) as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).
Experience working with individuals diagnosed with serious mental illnesses.
Strong leadership and clinical skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and lead a team of clinical supervisors and staff.
