Job Description
As a Sales and Eyewear Expert, you'll play a vital role in the success of Sunglass Hut. You'll bring an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers, helping them find premium quality eyewear that suits their style.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver sales plans and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships, building brand loyalty.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience through connecting with customers, attention to detail, and offering personalized and unique shopping experiences, resulting in customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
- Take pride in the appearance of the store and show initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
- Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Embrace new technology and change with high accuracy
- Self-accountability for sales results through selling skills and a drive to meet goals
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
- Self-Motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task; ability to respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment

Sunglass Hut is part of Luxottica, N.A., a leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of fashion, luxury, and sports eyewear. We offer a competitive pay range of $17.22, with employee pay determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, complementing a first-class total rewards package.
