Boat Sales Professional

Skier's Marine Inc. is a premier family-owned dealership specializing in top-tier boats from renowned brands. We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Consultant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Greet and engage with customers to understand their boating needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations based on our product range.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the boats we offer, including MasterCraft, Supra, Moomba, Chaparral, Boston Whaler, Sylvan, and Premier, to effectively answer customer questions and provide expert guidance.
- Sales Process: Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing, including negotiating terms, preparing sales agreements, and coordinating delivery.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our boats.
- Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and drive sales, utilizing CRM tools to track and manage sales activities.
- Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the dealership.
- Market Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products and services.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the marine or automotive industry; previous experience as a sales consultant is advantageous. Must have extensive boating experience.
- Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
