We are seeking a dedicated Research Associate to join our team at our state-of-the-art facilities in Houston, Texas. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of recent wet lab experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily laboratory activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and maintaining the integrity of lab operations. The role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Organize and maintain clean workspaces in compliance with lab safety standards.
  • Monitor inventories and restock lab supplies as needed.
  • Prepare buffer solutions according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Handle and store samples with accurate record-keeping to ensure data integrity.

**Requirements:**

  • Associates degree or higher in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field required.
  • Familiarity with BSL-1 lab protocols and OSHA safety guidelines.
  • Knowledge of safe chemical handling, labeling, and disposal procedures.
