Key Responsibilities:

  • Volunteer and Staff Engagement: Foster a team atmosphere between staff and volunteers, seeking feedback and input, and holding regular team meetings to strategize and provide support.
  • Volunteer Database, Scheduling, and Reporting: Develop expertise with the Salesforce Volunteer Module, serving as the primary administrator, and managing volunteer groups, activities, and roles.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in volunteer management or nonprofit work is preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Computer skills including cloud-based services
  • Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills
  • Valid IN driver's license and auto insurance
