Front Desk Representative

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for hotel guests. This includes checking guests in and out efficiently, processing payments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Register guests, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and room location.
- Process all cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Issue, control, and release guest safe-deposit boxes.
- Communicate any outstanding guest requests or issues to management.
- Respond to guest complaints and make service recovery gestures to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours.
- Basic knowledge of computers and software, including email, word processing, and hotel management systems.
