Job Title: Front Office Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout.
  • Maximize room revenue and occupancy by effectively managing front desk operations.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent guest service and adherence to hotel standards.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including check-in and check-out information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Address guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods.
