• Perform other duties as required to ensure the success of the front desk team

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting; customer service experience a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with hotel software and technology; ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly
