Front Office Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Office Agent to join our team at Pacific Palms Resort. As a Front Office Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests, from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, as well as processing payments and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and management, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
- Math Skills: Have good math skills, with the ability to accurately process payments and handle cash transactions.
- Customer Service: Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service, with a focus on providing exceptional experiences for our guests.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work varied shifts and days, as needed.
