About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team at Coastline Equipment as a Precision Solutions Territory Manager. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead the sales, rentals, and training efforts for Topcon and John Deere SmartGrade Precision Construction GPS, Laser, and Optical technologies across our California locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Rentals Management: Drive sales and rentals of new and used Topcon and John Deere SmartGrade Precision Construction GPS, Laser, and Optical technologies within the assigned territory.
  • Customer Relationship Development: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their construction project needs.
  • Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on all product offerings, features, and the competitive landscape to effectively position Coastline Equipment's precision solutions in the market.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate sales data and customer information within the CRM system to track sales activities and customer relationships.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitors and market trends, collaborating with management to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute customer events, equipment demonstrations, and field presentations to showcase product capabilities and engage with clients.
  • Training & Support: Provide comprehensive training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance, ensuring they maximize the value of their investment.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure all assigned equipment and company vehicles are maintained and in excellent working condition for customer interactions and field demonstrations.
