Career Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Operations Professional to join our team as a Facility Solutions Manager at City Wide Facility Solutions. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills and experience to drive revenue growth and provide exceptional customer service to commercial facilities clients.

As a successful Facility Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 50-60 accounts, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation. You will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of 50-60 commercial facilities accounts, generating $120k-$150k in contract revenue
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of sales and management experience in building maintenance or facility management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM databases
