We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Precision Solutions Territory Manager at Coastline Equipment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and fostering strong customer relationships across our California locations.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in equipment sales, preferably within a territory-based role, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills. They will be able to analyze sales reports and market data to inform strategic decision-making, and work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  1. Sales Performance: Achieve or exceed quarterly sales targets for Topcon and John Deere SmartGrade Precision Construction GPS, Laser, and Optical technologies.
  2. Territory Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  3. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on all product offerings, features, and the competitive landscape to effectively position Coastline Equipment's precision solutions in the market.
  4. Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales representatives, service technicians, and parts specialists, to drive business results.
