Job Title: Regional Manager - Project Management

Eaton Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager - Project Management to lead our Residential Wiring Devices business in the Gulf region. This role will be responsible for guiding local sales agencies in wiring devices sales initiatives throughout Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and guide project teams to drive sales growth in commercial construction and industrial markets
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve financial performance and customer satisfaction
  • Build relationships with product line management to assist in developing marketing and product line sales and pricing strategies
  • Supervise and provide vision and training for project managers
  • Ensure integrity and competency of systems to comply with corporate, division, and organization policies, guidelines, and procedures
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the commercial construction and/or industrial market segments
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, along with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience in an indirect sales model working with channel distribution
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical industry project management, field sales or marketing developing and executing strategies
  • Must possess a valid and unrestricted driver's license
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in field sales or marketing
  • PMP Certification

Eaton Corporation offers competitive pay and a variety of benefit programs for eligible employees. The expected annual salary range for this role is $144,000 - $211,000 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
