This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and develop a group of dedicated teams, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to multiple automotive shops within the region, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets, while monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Recruit, train, and mentor shop managers and staff to maintain a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages employee growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations, while developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between corporate headquarters and the individual shops, communicating goals and objectives clearly.
- Proven track record of success in automotive retail management, preferably in a multilocation setting.
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry, market trends, and customer needs.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and drive results.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
