Job Title: Regional Director of Operations

At Oxford Management Group LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of Operations to lead our senior living communities to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to Executive Directors within the region, driving consistent processes and operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement regional strategies, manage financial and human resources, and ensure the community operates successfully within the established budget.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, associations, agencies, and educational institutions to contribute to the development of successful operations.
  • Direct the implementation of corporate priorities and programs, aligning to organizational vision, goals, and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Develop programs and policies that enhance employee engagement and maximize productivity, in partnership with the corporate human resources department.
  • Set clear behavioral expectations and performance objectives for direct reports, develop their supervisory skills, and hold their teams accountable for meeting expectations and achieving objectives.
  • Communicate clarity of purpose and strategic objectives to all community staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant industry discipline.
  • 10 years of experience leading a senior living community.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business or a relevant industry discipline.
  • 5 years of experience in a regional leadership role within the senior living industry.
  • Prior experience opening a new senior living community.

Physical Working Requirements:

  • Ability to travel using personal vehicle, including at night.
  • Able to do occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Able to work flexible schedule, including evenings and/or weekends.
