We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Regional Territory Manager to join our team at R3 Wound Care & Hyperbarics. This role will play a critical part in driving business growth and expanding our market presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Director of Growth and Development to identify key target referral sources and develop strategies to increase new patient wound care encounters and HBO referrals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral accounts to provide education on wound care and HBO services, resulting in increased volume and revenue.
  • Provide valuable insights to our R3 Marketing team to inform marketing campaigns and initiatives that promote our services and enhance brand awareness.
  • Adhere to best practices in documentation, referral provider follow-up, data integrity, expenses, and other areas as assigned.
  • Organize regular meetings with executive leadership, board members, and key account referring providers to foster reliable partnerships with community providers and healthcare agencies.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, healthcare management, or marketing.
  • Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in business development and/or sales, preferably in the wound care industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of the admission process and experience in managing patient transitions.
  • Experience in physician recruitment and a strong network of healthcare professionals is highly desirable.
