Operations Coordinator

The Operations Specialist - Seasonal is a key role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our seasonal tax offices. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can perform a variety of tasks, including basic maintenance, supply delivery, and office setup.
Key Responsibilities- Perform basic building maintenance, including replacing light bulbs, ceiling tiles, and minor electrical work.
- Deliver and set up office technology, including hardware and software.
- Transport supplies and materials to and from tax offices.
- Assist with the annual setup and closing of seasonal tax offices, ensuring they meet brand standards.
- Attend required training sessions to develop skills and knowledge.
- Secure offices properly when leaving after hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic reading skills and knowledge of Outlook and other web-based programs.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Ability to work independently.
