About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Services District Manager to join our team at Healthcare Services Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing multiple accounts in an assigned territory, ensuring that our high standards of quality, safety, and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of environmental services and laundry teams in multiple facilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, provide coaching and training, and address any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with account managers, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and company policies
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results, recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in management or a related field (high school diploma or equivalent required)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in environmental services or a related field, with a proven track record of success in team leadership and operations management
  • Strong knowledge of environmental services, laundry operations, and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality
  • Basic computer skills, including web-based reporting and data analysis
