Randstad's client is seeking a dedicated Logistics Administrator to support their operational team. This is a full-time position with the potential for permanent placement, requiring in-office attendance.

We are looking for candidates with substantial administrative experience who are eager to advance their careers. While experience in manufacturing is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role:


Salary:
$24 - $25 per hour
Shift: First
Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Education: High School

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Oversight:
Maintain precise inventory levels and monitor stock to reorder supplies as necessary.

Vendor Management:
Engage with vendors to nurture relationships and oversee operations. Generate and dispatch purchase orders to ensure timely processing and receipt. Address vendor inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.

Logistics Management:
Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments. Collaborate with third-party freight companies to fulfill transportation requirements. Organize logistics for trade shows, ensuring all necessary equipment is shipped appropriately.

Billing and Data Management:
Oversee billing processes associated with logistics and vendor transactions. Conduct accurate data entry for tracking purchase orders and inventory. Develop and maintain spreadsheets for monitoring logistics data using Microsoft Excel.

Pricing Administration:
Assist in managing and updating pricing details. Ensure competitive pricing strategies and oversee cost-effective procurement practices.

Qualifications:
