Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to all residents and visitors, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Foster Socialization: Facilitate social interactions among residents, encouraging meaningful connections and a sense of community.
  • Program Development and Implementation: Design and lead a variety of programs, including cultural, spiritual, physical, and intellectual activities, to cater to diverse interests and needs.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Assist in planning and coordinating special events, family functions, and other activities that promote resident engagement and satisfaction.
  • Supply Management: Identify and procure necessary supplies for programs and events, ensuring a seamless experience for residents.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Director of Resident Engagement, other staff members, and residents to ensure effective communication and a cohesive approach to resident engagement.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Creative Talents: Possess creative skills in areas such as art, music, readings, painting, and dance.
  • Experience: Previous experience in program development, customer service, and team management is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: $17.00 hourly.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time: Sunday to Thursday, 10am to 6pm.
