We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Resident Engagement Specialist to join our team at Dominican Village Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that promote socialization, cultural enrichment, and overall well-being among our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to all residents and visitors, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Foster Socialization: Facilitate social interactions among residents, encouraging meaningful connections and a sense of community.
- Program Development and Implementation: Design and lead a variety of programs, including cultural, spiritual, physical, and intellectual activities, to cater to diverse interests and needs.
- Event Planning and Execution: Assist in planning and coordinating special events, family functions, and other activities that promote resident engagement and satisfaction.
- Supply Management: Identify and procure necessary supplies for programs and events, ensuring a seamless experience for residents.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Director of Resident Engagement, other staff members, and residents to ensure effective communication and a cohesive approach to resident engagement.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Creative Talents: Possess creative skills in areas such as art, music, readings, painting, and dance.
- Experience: Previous experience in program development, customer service, and team management is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $17.00 hourly.

Work Schedule:
- Full-time: Sunday to Thursday, 10am to 6pm.
