Human Resources Generalist

Priority Tire is seeking a talented Human Resources Generalist to support our warehouse operations in Allentown, PA. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Onboarding: Partner with warehouse managers to identify staffing needs, lead the full recruitment process, conduct interviews, manage background checks, and oversee onboarding.
- HR Administration & Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records, manage data using our HRIS system, and generate important workforce metrics reports.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits, assist in managing leave requests, and ensure payroll accuracy.
- Performance Management: Support managers with performance evaluations and improvement plans, track performance management processes, and provide developmental feedback.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related issues, handle conflict resolution, and conduct exit interviews.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (SHRM Certification preferred).
- Experience: 3-5 years of HR experience, ideally in a warehouse or manufacturing setting (multi-site HR experience a plus).
- Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, ability to handle multiple priorities, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
