Are you ready to take your career to the next level and make a meaningful impact in the world of human resources technology? ADP is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Associate to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

As a Digital Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling ADP's leading solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits, to new and existing clients using the latest digital technology. You will serve as a consultative business partner, introducing ADP's solutions to Chief Financial Officers, Human Resources and Payroll Administrators, Small Business Owners, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow our business while growing yours by working independently and collaboratively as part of various teams within your assigned geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
  • Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans by implementing a sales strategy targeted to decision makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
  • Deepen relationships across the ADP family by strategically cultivating additional business within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate daily with internal partners and the overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A positive self-starter attitude and the ability to make proactive, strategic outreach without fear of rejection.
  • Continuous learning and a willingness to adapt to new tools and technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A college degree or equivalent experience in sales or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with prior quota-carrying experience, demonstrated ability to successfully build a network via social platforms, and experience with video platforms.
