Role Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Inside Sales Support Representatives (Workflow Coordinators) to join our Sales Operations Support Department. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to our clients while contributing to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive phone-based customer and order support to our dynamic domestic sales team.
- Collaborate with outside sales representatives, product supply managers, quality assurance teams, and transportation departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Address standard customer inquiries, perform basic order entries, and facilitate the fulfillment of products and services, including pricing, lead times, and freight quotes.
- Resolve general customer complaints and provide insights on sales activities to the internal team.
- Foster strong relationships with senior customer service team members and existing clients, building rapport within the customer base.
- Support sales initiatives by executing program sales, managing order entries, and overseeing special orders, including Vendor Managed Inventory processes.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting actions taken.
- Communicate effectively with sales associates, customers, vendors, and various stakeholders throughout the organization.
- May offer tactical support to international regions and other business segments as required.
- Utilize advanced PC skills to generate sales and inventory reports and assist in regional inventory reconciliation.
- Quickly learn and adapt to various order management systems.
Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
- High School diploma is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree and/or 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Ability to be trained on Supply Chain, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and Sales software.

Reporting Structure:
This position reports directly to the Customer Service Lead or Customer Service Manager. The training phase requires on-site work, followed by a hybrid work arrangement post-training.
