The Facility Operations Coordinator will primarily focus on supporting the upkeep, cleanliness, and external areas of the venue. This role reports directly to the Facility Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing the venue for all scheduled and special events
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety within the assigned facilities
  • Collaborate with contractors and service providers to ensure operational efficiency
  • Act as the representative for facility operations during events
  • Conduct preventative and routine maintenance tasks as required
  • Oversee maintenance schedules and timelines
  • Manage inventory related to facility operations
  • Lead projects related to artwork, capital improvements, and other initiatives as assigned
  • Monitor facility work orders and associated costs
  • Supervise the motor pool and maintenance equipment
  • Coordinate facility systems including visitor management, fire safety, elevators, and access controls
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on various projects
  • Administer the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Oversee third-party cleaning services for the venue
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests, participants, and staff
  • Perform additional duties across all properties as directed
