Job Summary

The Operations Manager - Fuel Zone is responsible for overseeing the daily operations in the Fuel Zone. This includes managing and motivating the Fuel Zone staff to ensure excellent customer service and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet members and guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Team Management: Manage the Fuel Zone team to ensure they consistently execute the basics in punctuality, dress code, friendliness, and cleanliness.
  • Shift Leadership: Act as a shift leader by providing customer and team member support.
  • Food Safety: Ensure food is prepared and handled correctly and safely according to health code guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory of Fuel Zone products, and submit order requests to the Operations Manager.
  • Scheduling: Assist the Operations Manager with creating the Fuel Zone schedule to ensure properly staffed based on traffic flow and payroll budget.
  • Productivity: Keep back-stock organized and sorted based on expiration date, and adjust product inventory as needed to ensure minimal waste.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the Fuel Zone is properly opened and closed each day in a timely manner.
  • Member Engagement: Develop relationships with members, clients, and guests to ensure everyone feels welcome upon entering the Fuel Zone.
  • Sales: Proactively engage the club member base to drive sales in the Fuel Zone, and oversee sales transactions for purchased products.
  • Customer Complaints: Resolve member concerns and complaints in a professional manner within club parameters.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive club efforts in achieving revenue goals in the Fuel Zone.
Work Schedule

This is a full-time management position. The daily schedule will vary throughout the week depending on the needs of the club, the staff, and the members.

The hours should include prime time and should allow for interaction with staff and members throughout the day. Special events, promotions, and other demands will require some early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
