Sales Associate Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at Moses Construction Inc. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting or exceeding sales goals and targets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional sales service
- Utilize effective sales techniques to promote and sell products
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers, answering any questions or concerns
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets on a regular basis
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone

Requirements
- Previous experience in sales
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
