About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Global AI Learning and Development to join our team at Circa - IPG DXTRA. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in our transformation journey to become the first fully AI-integrated global communication agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of training needs across the agency and within our specialist communities, including the Catalyst, Strategist, Creator, and Connector communities in our G4 model.
  • Stay abreast of the latest AI tools and techniques that can enhance our work and require training.
  • Develop system-wide training materials and activities, including written guides, intranet content, workshops, seminars, e-learning modules, and hands-on sessions.
  • Collaborate with the heads of our specialist communities to ensure training materials are tailored to the unique needs of each group.
  • Partner with various agency leaders, including geographic managing directors, practice leaders, and current L&D and coaching team members to provide ongoing training around AI.
  • Identify external partners, resources, and thought leaders who can deliver new perspectives and speed our employee AI enablement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting as necessary to ensure they are up-to-date, impactful, and universally delivered. Measure the growth of employee AI aptitude over time.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and AI best practices within the agency.
  • Manage an annual global AI learning and development budget, providing regular updates to leadership on investments and returns.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the Chief AI Officer on the integration of AI into agency processes and client services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Learning & Development, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Organization Development, or Human Resources.
  • 12+ years professional experience in a Learning and Development, Training, Instructional Design, or complementary field.
  • Proven experience in learning and development at professional services organizations, preferably within PR, marketing, or creative agencies.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of AI technologies and their application in a professional services context.
  • Strong instructional design skills with the ability to create engaging and effective training materials across a variety of formats, for the benefit of employees across a global organization.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Salary range: $150,000 - $195,000
