Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute global digital marketing strategies for a prominent fintech client, focusing on achieving registration KPIs and new customer acquisition growth objectives.
  • Analyze performance data deeply to identify key growth paths and opportunities for optimization across various channels, including paid search, social media, and programmatic.
  • Collaborate closely with local market teams and the AdTech lead to integrate and optimize technology stacks for enhanced campaign performance and data utilization.
  • Work directly with regional and local market teams to align strategies and ensure consistent delivery of client objectives across different geographies.
  • Implement rigorous testing and data analysis techniques to continually refine and enhance media strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in digital marketing and media, with a significant focus on performance marketing and analytics in an agency setting.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex digital campaigns for fintech or related industries, with demonstrable success in meeting and exceeding KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large sets of data to drive strategy and decision-making.
  • Experience in AdTech and MarTech stack integration and optimization.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
