Job Summary

The Clinical Educator II is a key member of our team at Rutland Regional Medical Center, responsible for leading education initiatives, developing staff, and promoting evidence-based practice. This role requires a strong background in clinical nursing, adult education principles, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement education programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to nursing staff to promote professional development
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and deliver education initiatives
  • Assess and evaluate education programs to ensure effectiveness and quality
  • Stay current with best practices in nursing education and professional development
Requirements
  • MSN required
  • 7 years of clinical experience in nursing, including 3 years of ICU/PCU experience
  • Previous experience in education or training program development and implementation
  • Fully proficient in EMR applications and workflows
  • Current Vermont RN and/or Advanced Practice Licensure
  • Unit-specific training certifications as required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Nursing Professional Development certification
  • Specialty certification in a relevant area
