The Clinical Educator is a key member of our team at Rutland Regional Medical Center, responsible for leading education initiatives, developing staff, and promoting evidence-based practice. This role requires a strong background in clinical nursing, adult education principles, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement education programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
- Provide mentorship and coaching to staff members to support their professional growth
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote quality improvement and patient safety
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in nursing education
- MSN degree required
- 7 years of clinical experience in nursing, including 3 years in ICU/PCU
- Previous experience in education or training development
- Current Vermont RN and/or Advanced Practice Licensure
- Unit-specific training certifications as required
- Nursing Professional Development certification
- Specialty certification in a relevant area
We offer a competitive salary of $58.20 per hour and a dynamic work environment that supports professional growth and development.
