Sales and Retention Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Retention Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer loyalty team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, and providing exceptional customer service to drive retention and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of customer relationships and develop strategies to retain and grow revenue
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to drive retention and loyalty
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales and retention strategies
- Continuously monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven sales and customer service experience, with a track record of success in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and identify opportunities for growth
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
