Motorcycle Sales Representative

RideNow Powersports is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Internet Sales Specialist to join our team
About the Role:
We are looking for a sales professional who is passionate about motorcycles and powersports to manage incoming phone calls and internet leads, confirm sales appointments, and perform long-term follow-up on all unsold customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls and internet leads with requests about powersports vehicles.
- Confirm sales appointments and perform long-term follow-up on all unsold customers.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to internet inquiries promptly with courtesy, honesty, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Communicate effectively with customers according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email, text) with exceptional writing and email skills.
- Follow up with all unsold prospects daily and stay in contact with sold customers for customer follow-up and retention.
- Keep up-to-date with incoming inventory and operate software to locate vehicles quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and thorough customer information and interactions with guests into the CRM through data entry.
Requirements:
- Experience utilizing CRM systems such as Eleads is desired but not necessary.
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written, including exceptional email skills.
- Energetic and outgoing personality.
- Professional, pleasant, and friendly demeanor.
- The willingness to persistently follow up with customers.
- Internet savvy with excellent computer and organizational skills to track leads.
- Familiarity with and interest in powersports vehicles.
