Job Overview

Sparrow Partners is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team at Mera Rhodes Ranch community. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the sales and leasing function at our 55+ Active Adult community, working closely with the Community Manager to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective marketing, leasing, and sales strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth
  • Qualify prospects, conduct tours, and establish strong relationships to understand their expectations and needs
  • Manage social media accounts to promote the lifestyle at Sparrow and drive traffic to the community
  • Utilize CRM software to document and respond to leads in a timely manner, including personalized follow-up to nurture relationships and increase prospect interest
  • Monitor apartment availability, qualify prospects, and manage leasing activity using YARDI
  • Ensure the community meets Sparrow's standards for show quality by inspecting and communicating with the maintenance team
  • Prepare the office for daily leasing activities and assist in daily operations to support the team
  • Achieve high community member satisfaction and retention by providing exemplary service and executing the Lifestyle & Engagement program
Requirements
  • A high school diploma and a valid driver's license
  • Minimum of 3+ years professional sales experience
  • Experience with lease-up properties in multifamily housing, Active Adult, or hospitality preferred
  • Experience using YARDI or other property management software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proactive approach to outreach marketing, including networking, attending events, and social media management
  • Effective communication skills with an ability to build collaborative partnerships
  • Servant leader mindset and passionate about making a difference in others' lives
  • Devoted sense of accountability and solution-oriented
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work a regular Tues-Sat schedule and nights, weekends, and/or holidays when required
