About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Retention Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales and retention strategies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate of $12.50 - $18.75
  • Annual incentive/commission target of $20,400.00
  • Benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off
