Sales and Client Experience Specialist - Commercial Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Client Experience Specialist to join our team at Hermès Las Vegas Crystals Boutique. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving sales and customer service objectives while adhering to operational asset protection standards.

Sales Objectives

Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting monthly and annual individual sales goals
  • Organizing and prioritizing the selling floor to support the sales effort and overall client experience
  • Ensuring all items are stocked at all times
  • Maintaining selling floor standards, including straightening, filling in, and replenishment of new receipts
  • Providing assistance with inventory preparation
  • Processing and ensuring the accuracy of all transactions
Asset Protection

As a Sales Specialist, you will also be responsible for:

  • Complying with all asset protection procedures
  • Practicing appropriate asset protection techniques
  • Following guidelines for key control and merchandise security
  • Respecting physical EAS tagging guidelines and ensuring all products are properly ticketed
  • Preparing for physical inventory and participating in monthly cycle counts
Client Experience

You will consistently provide high levels of service to our clients, adhering to the Hermès standard of service, which includes:

  • Prompt and friendly greeting
  • Offering to assist and answering questions
  • Assistance with wrapping and packaging at POS
