Regulatory Solutions

Our Regulatory Solutions team plays a critical role in helping our clients navigate the complex regulatory landscape. We work closely with specialists and groups from around the firm to provide innovative investment solutions that meet our clients' financial goals. Our team is responsible for reviewing the regulatory horizon, analyzing upcoming regulations, and assessing their impact on our business, products, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to drive regulatory change and implementation
  • Develop a deep understanding of the asset management business and its regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the timely delivery of analysis and agreed approaches
  • Exert influence and impact to drive engagement, impact analysis, and key implementation considerations

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years' relevant experience in a comparable role
  • Understanding of asset management products, wealth management investment platforms, and operational ecosystems
  • Preferred experience in the consulting industry, regulatory change, or working in the capital markets/asset management practice
  • Strong problem-solving skills, data analysis skills, and ability to provide creative and innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and oral
