About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President of Health Solutions to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our health solutions business in the Dallas market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the strategic vision and direction of the Dallas market, in partnership with market and region leadership.
  • Partner and collaborate with other business partners to drive growth, strategic direction, and client service.
  • Grow revenue and increase market share within the Dallas market through individual sales and leading a team of Account Executives.
  • Lead and partner with local leadership teams to implement and complete local, regional, and national initiatives.
  • Assist practice leaders with driving colleague engagement and proactively building and maintaining a talent pipeline.
  • Network with external senior talent across the industry to strengthen the practice.
  • Focus on leadership development by serving as a mentor and coach to direct reports and other high-potential talent.
  • Work with other Health Solutions, Human Capital, and Risk leaders to better understand our clients' current and future challenges and use that information to explore potential solutions.
  • Manage a book of business and expand overall client relationships.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in the health and benefits industry, including large-market healthcare/hospital client experience.
  • 6+ years of consulting experience.
  • Client-facing experience at a consulting company, insurance company, brokerage, or in the health and benefits discipline.
  • Experience consulting with healthcare and hospital clients that are both providers and employers (e.g., familiarity with tiered/domestic designs and steerage strategies, knowledge of hospital-owned pharmacies/340B, value-based care, and direct-to-employer strategies).
  • Complex project management experience.
