Sales Manager Job Description

Aaron's is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Assist General Manager with operational functions and assist with deliveries as needed
  • Perform physical job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs. without assistance and 300 lbs. with a dolly

Requirements:

  • 21 years old (18 in Canada)
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Two years of college or previous management experience preferred
  • Valid state Driver's License and meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
  • Flexible schedule with availability between 8 am to 9 pm
