About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Aaron's. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Assist with operational functions, including inventory management and customer service
  • Participate in marketing initiatives to promote products and services
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales management experience
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet DOT requirements
