Job Description

As an Account Executive at Stealth Components, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and building long-term partnerships with our esteemed clients. Your exceptional communication skills, business acumen, and ability to think creatively will be instrumental in taking our business to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with prospective clients through outbound phone calls, email follow-ups, and online chats to build and maintain relationships.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding product availability, pricing, and shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for penetrating new markets and expanding our customer base.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to offer informed recommendations to clients.
  • Engage in outbound calls to connect with potential clients and build lasting relationships.
  • Provide personalized solutions to meet clients' specific needs, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, ensuring all customer data is up to date.

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills-you're a master at understanding clients' needs.
  • Fearlessness when it comes to cold calling and the ability to turn a 'no' into an opportunity.
  • A resilient mindset, enabling you to bounce back from challenges and learn from setbacks.
  • Previous sales experience (preferred but not mandatory).
