Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Services Coordinator to join our team at Atlanta Women's Health Group, P.C. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Registration and Scheduling: Greet and register patients, manage appointment schedules, and verify patient information.
  • Communication: Answer incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Financial Management: Process patient payments, update accounts, and verify insurance eligibility.
  • Medical Records: Manage medical records requests, maintain confidentiality, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle patient complaints, concerns, and issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous work-related experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred but not required).
  • Technical Skills: eClinical Works (eCW) EMR experience is a plus.
