Aultman Health Foundation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter patient data into the computer system, ensuring accurate and timely entry.
- Organize necessary paperwork and documents to facilitate patient care.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families, responding to their needs and concerns.
- Assist in the coordination of patient discharges, including payment collection and follow-up scheduling.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical area, adhering to infection control and safety standards.
- Collaborate with supervisors to oversee and coordinate the activities of other clinic personnel.
- Assist in implementing the goals and objectives of the practice, working closely with the leadership team.
Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum one year experience in a practice setting, preferably in a medical office environment.
- Evidence of management and leadership skills, with a proven track record of success.
