Client Account Manager Job Description

At Acosta, we are seeking a highly skilled Client Account Manager to join our team. As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, managing projects, and overseeing reporting to ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and maintain a strong relationship.
  • Ensure project setup and data collection are efficient and effective.
  • Deliver reports to clients to provide insight into their success.
  • Provide valuable client updates through meetings, reports, and follow-ups.
  • Partner with internal teams to provide creative solutions, best practices, and deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • One year of experience in retail merchandising and/or consumer packaged goods/or consumer electronics.
  • Expert in advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • One year of proven history managing accounts and projects.
